About serena Terry

Comedian, author, actress and creator of online sensation Mammy Banter, Serena Terry, has taken the world of social media and comedy by storm over the last two years.

She currently boasts over 3.8 million social media followers, has written and starred in adverts for AIB Bank, LIDL and Centra, and has written two Sunday Times Best Selling Novels (The Secret Life of an Uncool Mum, released March 2022) and The Sh!te Before Christmas (released November 2022).

In 2023 Serena won The Funny Women Awards Content Creator Award and The Chortle Chorts award.

In January 2023 she sold out her debut stand up comedy show Socially Needier, with 24 dates across the UK and Ireland sold out within an hour. 

Her 2024 UK and Ireland Tour, All Tied Up sold out in similar fashion with extra dates needed to please eager fans. Serena also became the first female comedian to sell out the SSE Arena Belfast (8,500 tickets). 

In July 2024 Serena became the first female comedian to sell out the SSE Arena (over 8,500 tickets sold.)

Serena is back on tour this September but continues to create content on her socials. Fans will be delighted to know that she is also writing another book! More on that soon!
